Things to Do Before We Arrive
Space & Surface Requirements
• Every unit’s space requirements are listed on our website product listings
• You must have the full space requirement available in order for us to safely set up
• We cannot be held responsible if there is not enough space for your selected rentals
• The setup surface must match what is listed on your invoice (grass, concrete, indoor, etc.)
• We cannot change setup surfaces within 2 days of the event
• We do not carry sandbags or alternate anchoring systems for every install, as transporting that amount of weight would require thousands of additional pounds and is not practical
• If the surface type listed on your invoice is incorrect, we will be unable to proceed with setup and no refund will be issued
• Any surface changes must be communicated at least 2 full days before your event
• We cannot set up on hills, slopes, or uneven ground. A smooth, flat surface is required for all Inflatables & Tents.
Grass & Ground Conditions
• Grass must be cut no later than 3 days before your event
• Grass cut closer than 3 days prior often leaves loose clippings that end up on children and equipment
• Clear the setup area of rocks, sticks, nuts, toys, animal waste, and debris
• Setup cannot proceed if animal waste or hazardous debris is present
Access & Clearance Requirements
• All doors, gates, fence openings, and access points must provide a minimum of 48 inches of clear width for delivery and setup. Some equipment may require additional clearance. If our crew must pass through any doorway, gate, fence opening, or restricted access point, you must notify Bounce Town 412 at least 3 days prior to your event. Failure to provide proper notice or adequate clearance may result in delayed setup, inability to complete setup, or cancellation without refund
• These units are larger than a standard doorway and cannot be forced through tight access points
•Equipment cannot be transported up or down stairs, steep hills, steep driveways, or unsafe inclines. This is especially important when grass, dirt, or other surfaces are wet, soft, muddy, or slippery. Customer is responsible for providing a safe, level, and accessible path from the delivery area to the setup location. If the access path is deemed unsafe or not suitable for delivery, Bounce Town 412 may be unable to complete setup
• Inflatables and equipment cannot be lifted over fences, removed from the delivery dolly, dragged, carried, pulled, or pushed through narrow or restricted spaces for any reason. All inflatables are transported on a dolly and will remain on the dolly until they reach the exact setup location. The equipment will only be removed from the dolly at the designated setup area. No exceptions will be made. Customer is responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and clearance for delivery and setup. Any access concerns must be reported to Bounce Town 412 as soon as possible and prior to the event
• Dunk tanks require at least 8 feet of clearance to be hauled in and backed into place by a pickup truck; once set up, a 20×20 area is recommended for safe use
Power & Water Requirements
• Power and water must be available within 50 feet of the setup area, unless prior arrangements were made
• One standard wall outlet is typically required per inflatable
• If power is unavailable, a generator must be reserved in advance
• Water slides, dunk tanks, and foam parties require an accessible and functional water source within 50′ of setup area
Safety & Anchoring Requirements
Stakes & Underground Utilities

• Bounce Town 412 is not liable for damage caused by staking or underground obstructions
Inflatable Conditions
• Wind gusts must not exceed 15 mph for inflatables to be installed
• We cannot set up on gravel or rocky surfaces
