Dustin & Bounce Town 412 went above & beyond expectations for our end of season baseball picnic! All the kids, ages 4-13, LOVED the bounce houses. Communication was A1; Dustin checked in multiple times along the way, answering any questions or concerns I had, & also on the day of the event to ensure everything ran smoothly. Awesome experience with BounceTown412. They provided excellent customer service. I found them searching the internet for summer/water activities for my niece's 16th birthday... They were very close in distance, had great options to choose from, and reasonable prices. We went with the 18'x35' tropical waterslide and everyone at the party was excited to participate. They responded immediately and were in constant contact with me the entire time. They showed up when they said they would, explained all the details about the rental, came back to disassemble, and left the yard in perfect condition. Great job from start to finish.
