Plan the route into your event
Send the street address, neighborhood or venue name, and the entrance our crew should use. Parking restrictions, stairs, gates, and long carries can change a setup plan. A lawn that looks large enough in a photograph still needs a practical route for delivery and nearby water and power.
Give the foam its own outdoor zone
At a gathering with food vendors, tables, or other entertainment, put foam play away from the main arrival route. Keep a dry place for bags and towels and an obvious way for guests to leave the activity. Confirm permission with the property manager before reserving a public or shared site.
What your setup needs
- A flat, open outdoor area of approximately 30 × 30 feet. Grass is preferred; other surfaces require review.
- A standard electrical outlet within 50 feet.
- A garden hose water source within 50 feet.
- Adult supervision throughout the foam activity.
