Bounce Town 412 provided a 5 star party experience. From ease of booking to seamless and fast communication, everything was perfect. The setup was timely. The bounce house was very clean. This place was awesome! They made the process so easy! We ordered and paid on the phone after finding which bounce house we wanted for our kids 4th birthday. They showed up two hours early to deliver before the party started. They texted on the way and were easy to contact and plan with throughout. Came and picked up the next day and was a total breeze. The dunk tank was such a fun addition and made “Dunk the Boss” a highlight of our celebration. We loved supporting a local, family-owned business, and Dustin’s personal follow-up was a thoughtful touch. Thank you for helping us create a memorable event!

Also, thank you for accommodating a drop off & pick up time after a few things were miscommunicated.

Will absolutely rent from Bounce Town 412 again!!! The bounce house was a huge hit for my 30th birthday- enjoyed by kids and adults. Excellent communication on weight requirements, approved placement of the bounce house, and set up/tear down expectations. Their team did all the hard work, all we had to do was point.
